DESIGN & FABRICATION
It all begins with an idea. From items for around the home or garage, to customizing your work trailer or outfitting your fishing vessel, we can work together and develop a custom design to fit your needs.
ON-SITE PLANNING
For an idea that you are ready to turn into a reality, we offer on-site planning to make sure you are getting the most high quality result from your project. Consultation fees may apply, depending on the location and scale of your project.
MOBILE WELDING
We are equipped to travel all over Maine with a portable engine-driven welding set-up and fabrication tools for remote on-site repairs. Travel fees vary depending on location.
STICK WELDING
Stick welding, or shielded metal arc welding, melts two separate metals together by applying extreme heat at the seam, creating a solid bond once cooled.
MIG WELDING
MIG welding, or gas metal arc welding, uses a tool to feed a wire over an electrical arc (vs. heat) to melt wire onto a base metal. Once cool, they fuse together.
AC/DC TIG WELDING
Similar to MIG, TIG (gas tungsten arc welding) also uses an electrical arc. However, we hold and manually feed the stick instead of using a tool.
CNC PLASMA CUTTING
With the new addition of our CNC plasma cutting table in 2024, we are now able to offer a huge variety of precise cut custom designs, including personalized signs, fire pits, speciality metal parts and more!
